I installed the decoder and it worked great on a PC running XP MCE Version 2002 SP2. WMC had been working fine since I first installed my TV tuner card (Hauppauge 2550) in July, 2014. Or if it still doesn't function, how about trying the media center decoder utility. This blog was referred to numerous times however truly do not understand where to even find a registry file....downloaded the zip but not savvy enough to "merge".
