It was repaired under warranty even though they tried to claim drop damage. But before you rush out to buy more dvd's - are you sure that you're not trying to put too much info on one disc. I think i'm gonna email apple because the types of cds and dvds that i've been useing are different and i'll keep you guys posted onw what they say. My guess is these "SuperDrives" they are using are just hit or miss. I was going to replace it when I saw that the superdrive was possible to open! Should probably be the first step for any slot loader!
